Correct pin code, but the device returns an error

Sometimes Bank customers are validshop rufaced with the fact that the pin code is typed correctly, and the banking device gives an error. This may be due to a technical failure or fraudulent activity.

Technical failure

If the customer is sure that the pin code is entered correctly, contact the Bank’s office, whose employees will check the card, offer to replace it if necessary, or simply change the pin code.

If the card turns out to be all right, you will have to check the ATM, as it may have a special skimmer device installed on it, allowing shopping ccfraudsters to read data from the Bank card for further use. If the Bank’s employees decide that the ATM has a reader installed, the card will be blocked and they will have to get a new one.
